CAS: 69372-19-6
Molecular Formula: C10H8N6O
Molecular Weight: 228.21
Pemirolast is a Mast Corpuscle Stabilizer. The physiologic aftereffect of pemirolast is by agency of Decreased Histamine Release.

Pemirolast is a pyrimidinone acquired with anti-allergic activity. Pemirolast blocks the antigen-mediated calcium ion arrival into mast cells. This prevents mast corpuscle degranulation, consistent in mast corpuscle stabilization and inhibition of the absolution of anarchic mediators, such as histamine and leukotrienes, which are complex in the allergic process. Pemirolast aswell prevents anarchic advocate absolution from eosinophils.
